Returns/Refunds and Exchanges:
All returns and exchanges should be sent to:
Include a note to let us know what item that you are requesting as a replacement (pattern and size) or request a refund. Include your name, phone number, email and Amazon ID or Ebay transaction number, if applicable.
We gladly accept any returns and exchanges of unopened and undamaged product within 30 days of your original order placement date. When we receive the unopened and undamaged product we will begin the return/refund or exchange process which can take up to two weeks to complete.
We will refund the product cost less a restocking fee of $5.00. If your purchase was made on Amazon.com then an additional fee may be applied. Amazon charges a 3% for returns that result in a refund and this cost will be passed along to the customer.
If you request an exchange, then there is no re-stocking fee, no amazon fee, and there is not an extra charge for shipping the new item. Please make sure that you send your exchange request "ATTN: EXCHANGES".
We do not refund the cost of shipping to the customer or the cost of shipping to return the product to us. Please note that if your order qualified you for free shipping, the actual cost of shipping may be deducted from the amount refunded if the remaining order kept by the customer would not have qualified for free shipping.
Certain of our products carry a 100% satisfaction guarantee backed by the manufacturer. These products are clearly marked as offering a 100% satisfaction guarantee, such as those manufactured by the Global Healing Center, on our website. As such, in all cases clearly displaying a 100% satisfaction guarantee, you may return any products in any condition within 30 days of purchase and receive a full refund of the product cost less the cost of shipping.
If your product is damaged in shipping we will gladly replace it for you. Please return the damaged product to us and upon receipt we will send you a replacement. You may choose to return the product in the box in which it was sent marking the outside "Damaged - Return to Sender" or by mailing it back to us in a new box. If you incur any cost to return it please include a receipt and we will also reimburse the cost to return the product to us.
